NBC NEWS | A growing number of Chinese birth tourists are flocking to the United States with no intention of staying. The wealthy mothers-to-be give birth in the U.S. so their newborns automatically become American citizens, and then fly back to their home country, babies in tow. The practice has sparked controversy from suburbia to Capitol Hill. Rock Center’s Kate Snow reports.
